Pale green color. Tasting pour. Very grassy nose and palate, citrus, acidic.

For the price ($15 at Moore Bros), this is a really special bottle of wine. Gorgeous color--golden, clear straw, with plenty of refracted light throughout-- and a fresh, clean palate. This pairs well with grilled chicken with fresh garlic and parsley from the garden. Serve well chilled and enjoy for its terrific structure and medium, well defined body. Hints of grapefruit, lemon and other slightly acidic delights, plus melon and even a little apple here and there. Wonderful.
