Caruso & Minini Nero d'Avola Naturalmente Bio

Red cherries dominate on the palate and on the nose, although there are mild cigar tobaccco notes as well. Light bodied and a light, dry finish. Mild acidity, no cloying sweetness. Works very well with pasta bolognese. Could see this as a nice summer red.

This wine doesn’t taste like Nervo d’avola to me. It is like blue/red grapes that you would buy at the grocery store. It’s not a wine that I enjoy, but perhaps others would like it.
