Prior bottle was just over a year ago and this wine continues to positively evolve. Still shows while apple, pear and mineral on the nose, but now adding some white tropical notes as well (served a bit warmer). Medium bodied and continues to show apple and pear upfront along with a very pretty crystalline peach note. Prior bottle was a bit over two years ago and the wine has improved noticeably in that time. Apple, pear and mineral notes on the nose. Medium bodied with apple and pear upfront then frozen white peach through the middle. Lemon, tart orange and other citrus qualities behind provide the contrast and there are pleasant mineral notes through the finish. The biggest change was in the acidity. Apple and melon on the nose, along with spice qualities and tropical notes creeping in the longer it's open. A bit above medium bodied (7.5% ABV) and mostly orchard fruit upfront with white apple, melon and pear. Develops depth through the middle bringing in white peach before bringing in tart tropical notes of tart orange and tart pineapple.
