Very much as RasmusFrej said. Very nice black fruit, tons of garden herbs, sage, thyme, roast meats. After disappointing Brunelli and Ragnaie Rossos, this delivers. 91+

Core of red and black cherry fruit. To the crunchy and firm side, however undoubtedly ripe fruit. Balsamic and herbal notes as well - rosemary, thyme and sage. Fantastic balanced structure, where acidity tanin and alcohol are in harmony. Medium finish.

Classic purple hue, soft aroma. Modest first Brunello taste, hint of raspberries, cherries, sweet rather than dark red fruits. Quick finish, medium linger. Slightly acidity at end, sharp peppers. Drink well but maybe better in ~2yrs

The time elapsed since my last tasting 5-6 months ago has been beneficial. Still needs an hour or two of decanting to really open up. Very smooth wine, with notes of cherry and just enough oak.
