(note written 2023-12-25) opened up only after 45 mins. fruit was first quite subdued/ dumbed down, but only got much more floral and pure red fruits as it got more air. smooth tannins, showing developments with dried blackcurrants, dried leaves, some earth. plush texture, very fine. 17

Interesting nose, with hints of red capsicum and mint. The palate is rich, supple and juicy, with notes of red cherry, tomato and snow peas. When I call a wine "interesting", it's normally meant at least partly euphemistically. This wine is both interesting and delicious.
