Cherries, salt licorice, herbs in a rich nose. Fresh acidity, dark fruits, cherries, salt licorice, vanilla, medium+ tannins. Very nice 🍷🍷🍷 Drank to the memory of a dear friend named Monica❤️❤️❤️

A ton of ripe raspberries, sour cherries, lavender, mediterranean scrub/herbs/garrigue/whatever you want to call that and some plastic/pool toys (reductivity) on the nose. The palate is much more tart. It's dominated by sour cherries but it retains the herbal notes too and adds a note of roasted green chile pepper. It finishes with cinnamon and vanilla flavors, which is especially curious given that there is no oak on this. Medium body with medium - tannins and great medium + acid. …
