Domaine Chandon de Briailles Pernand-Vergelesses

Great wine. Had two nights ago at a restaurant and thought it was a great compromise for both the sea bass and steak order. Don’t remember the specifics, but it didn’t overpower the sea bass and held its own with the steak although probably better with the sea bass. There were layered flavors that I think will get better with age...just don’t remember specifically what they were :)
