I don't like Paso Robles wines and I don't like CA roses, but... darker red than many; faintly fruity nose; weak attack, but a strong, crisp, deep mid-palate and a lingering, peppery finish; manages, somehow, to hide the 15.6 (stated) alcohol; for a rose, this is a very strong wine; for a CA rose... I haven't had better

At $18 it's pricey (to me), but agaisnt an $18 Provencal rose it held it's own. so... quite tasty' bone dry, fine grip
