De Loach Zinfandel OFS

Very nice zin with a fine balance of flavors. Went well with teriyaki pork chops, bok choy, and jasmine rice.

A very impressive zin from this AVA. Well balanced jammy fruit and not too hot despite 15%. Had it decanted for over 2 hours. For the price point we wish we had much more.

This Sonoma Zinfandel is dark and inky with a nose of cardamom, white pepper and touch black fruit and subtle sweetness. The palate shows and full bodied wine with a sweet fruit and acidic middle. The tannin on the finish is smooth and numbing with a long lasting effect. This is a 15% alcohol wine but doesn’t taste hot and is really enjoyable.

Great nose, blueberry dark fruits, balanced with classic zin finish plenty of time left in the bottle.

This had real, honest character - a sense of classic, old vines Zinfandel that is very thrilling. Good job here!

Wow, far more impressed than expected. Mouthcoating ripe spicy blackberries and raspberries with toasty oak on the palate. The fruit is very bright and rich, and not overblown by any means. I'm now wishing I picked up far more than this one bottle I'm currently drinking...this is the best Zin I've had in quite some time.
