Alma Sauvignon Blanc Vadasz Vineyard

Very ripe and smooth in a late harvest style. Really nice touch of guava, along with lemon, grapefruit, and other tropical fruits. I think the trade of riper, more focused fruit for a little less acidity is a success. Feels very good in the mouth. Goes with food, but can be drunk alone. Best served slightly chilled. There is a delightful little spritz on the finish which really helps cleanse the palate.
