Weingut Seehof Riesling Feinherb "Elektrisch"

I’m not a very experienced Riesling or German wine drinker, so I won’t embarrass myself by attempting to leave an intelligent tasting note. But I thought this Riesling was delightful. I was specifically on the hunt for a slightly sweet Riesling to pair with spicy Indian food, and this bottle did the trick. The pairing was *chef’s kiss*. The bright acidity and sweetness cooled and refreshed my palate very nicely. Highly recommend.
