Monthly Tasting Group EEE #013; Italian Islands (@ TB) : Red and dark berry fruits, vanilla and cinnamon in the bouquet. On the palate beautifully round dark cherries and berries, some earth and autumn forest floor, good acidity, soft tannin. Overall a concentrated and supple easy going wine.

Weekly tasting group #043; Italy without Piedmonte (@ AH) : Bordeaux red color. In the bouquet plums, cherries, licorice a touch of earthiness and spiciness. On the palate a sweet start, some earthiness and pepper and ok acidity. Soft tannin. Ok wine, but not really impressive.

Blood red. Cherries, licorice, anise, menthol and glue (VA) in the bouquet. Same in the taste. Firm amount of sweetness and a high concentration. Special wine.
