By the glass. Serene white wine that is not aged under the veil of flor. What I like most is its freshness and simplicity but providing mineral and saline notes. To enjoy some barbecued crustaceans. Por copas. Vino blanco tranquilo que no se cría bajo velo de la flor. Lo que más me gusta es su frescura y sencillez pero aportando notas minerales y salinas. Para disfrutar con crustáceos a la barbacoa.

Coravin fun - Collantes and Branaire Ducru (My place, Kent Street) : From Coravin. Slightly earthy chalky notes sit beneath briny lemons, there is a savoury, meaty note here as well as a sense of richness, a little orange and almond meal completes the aromas. Salty and savoury, mid palate breadth and gum grip but not massively textured, a little citrus underpin. I like the structure.

90 Un vino muy rico y especial. Salino, fresco, nariz de tiza y albarizas. En boca es solvente, puntin salino y muy sabroso. El tiempo le sienta muy bien, y el 2018 está ahora en plenitud.

90 Amarillo verdoso. Nariz mineral, tiza, piedra mojada. Se masca la albariza. En boca tiene volumen, y un fondo de amargor y salinidad elegante. Es un vino muy personal, me gustaría mucho enfrentarlo a un Jura. Muy rico.
