Tasted this at the Decanted Fine Wine Encounter Singapore: Grand Tasting, held at the Shangri-La Singapore. Gold in colour. A cool climate Chardonnay made in Tasmania. Beautiful acidity, with flavors of peach, pear, and grapefruit backed by notes of vanilla and buttered toast from the oak with a clean finish.

Huge toasty nose. A big glossy style, full of creamy toasty oak and tropical fruit. Not too over the top, it feels like the oak has been managed very well. Good length.
