Beautiful deep pink colour with copper/orangeries. Plentiful mid/small bubbles. This is champagne that needs a few minutes to open up. Nose: Dried raisins, red fruits. Taste: fruity, first hit of acidic taste which dominates all the way which is unfortunate because it probably kills everything else. Also bubbles disappear very quickly. Over all I was expecting more from this champagne. It is also not the cheapest bottles I have bought quite the contrary. A total disappointment! 80 is being nice.

Elegant, delicate Champagne. This is more intellectually satisfying than hedonistic.
