Better than most NZ sauvigon blancs: pale color, good freshness, acidity and very much in the classic style of Marlborough sauvignon blancs.

Again! Just a great price point for this wine. Hits all points in a suave blanc in my opinion. Cheers

Nice classic sauvignon blanc from this area. Citrus fruit, with melons. Long lasting wine. This wine hits the perfect price point, and a good starter wine. Cheers

Lovely, crisp wine with the grassy/limey notes I love from that region. Always well made and delicious. Would buy again.

Super high QPR. A lot of passion fruit and citrus on the nose. A little bit sweet. Pair really well with Hamachi sashimi

Nectarine, passion fruit and key lime aromas and flavors. Well balanced with good persistence. A good QPR. Served with chicken fajitas.

Light citrus zest, honeysuckle. Went well with scallops and grilled asparagus. Long finish.

My five cents on this wine: one of the best SB quite comparable to Cloudy Bay. I do not get the same taste notes as many left here: classic gooseberry nose, actually, rather than citrus. Lemongrass rather than lemon rind. The difference with most SBs from NZ is the power: the perfume is very strong and long lasting. Critical to drink this ice-cold to funnel the nose well. Body confirms the nose, but, again, the difference with most SBs from …

Classic NZ SB flavors, in fine balance. Fruity, citrus nose. Glad I bought a case.

Light straw in color, medium - alcohol based on viscosity. Nose has good concentration, bringing aromas of citrus such as lemon, lime, orange rind and grapefruit. Fresh and angular on the palate, good concentration and flavor, with bright acidity and a moderately short finish. Well done, varietally correct. Tried alongside their black label single vineyard SB and dramatically different!

Well made and appropriately varietal, but I find NZ Sauvignon Blancs kinda like Tweedle Dee Dee and Tweedle Dee Dum. If you've tasted one, you've tasted them all. Well, not quite but pretty close. Instead, try Sauvignon Blancs from northern Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, the Loire and Saint-Bris — all quite different and more interesting.

Dry on the palate, fruit driven with vibrant gooseberries, nettles and grapefruit. Typical NZ Sauvignon Blanc and very quaffable. At Adventure of the Sea.

Aggressively aromatic with loads of melon and citrus characteristics. Ripe and crisp grapefruit and orange rind flavors. Slightly grainy in texture.

A good traditional NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry and fruits, well-ballanced

{screwcap, 13.5%} Pale straw. Low intensity nose of grass and sweat. The palate is not massively acidic, but by virtue of its dryness, feels so. There's a real shellfish, minerally tang to the flavours here; still a touch of sweat to the taste, but with only fairly mild grassy primary fruit flavours this lands a lot nearer Sancerre than your average Marlborough savvy. Light-medium weight, decent enough presence on the front and mid-palates, and a medium length finish adds up …

We've been slowly adding in a few whites to our usual reds and this is one that came highly recommended. The nose is melon and sour apple. The taste, is grass along with the sour apple and it has a nice tart aftertaste. The alcohol feel is submissive to the sense of an open lime-field with melon-based fruit and wild grasses.
