Monthly tasting club LTC 2018-06; Germany - Mittel Mosel (@ MM) : Minerals and petrol in the bouquet. Same on the palate, white fruits, slightly tropical, ok acidity and some coffee/caramel candy impressions.

Yellow-golden shiny colour. Aromas of limette, sour peach and white plums. Fresh and mineral. On the palate fresh, nicely acidic, but balanced with natural sweetness. Citrussy finish.

This bottle in my opinion could lay down for a few more years - but we opened it last night.... anyway it was a nice experience. Very nice shiny golden colour, beebread and white flowers in the nose. The wine pinches a little bit in tongue when sipping. Tastes of dry figs, sweet grapes, honey with some accacia hints - a little bit parfumed. should be served not too cold to show its potential. I wish I had another bottle …

Ribbe og juleselskap. Forsmak til kokken. Epler og sånn, svak sødme. savner dundersyre fra den enklere Trocken. 1 dag: Denne var fantastisk til ribba, epler og søt/sur, i dag har dd fått grønne stikkelsbær. :-9. 150 NOK
