Excellent nose, a depth of flavors on the tongue. Rich in dark fruits like plum and cassis with a peppery, spicy, tannic finish. I highly recommend trying in a large glass (like a Bordeaux glass) to get the full nose. Probably goes well with something fatty to cut the spice at the end. A smooth finish would’ve made this a 90+ in my book. Great value.

Beautiful deep color. Nice fruit notes of berry and plum, fruit forward and juicy without being jammy. Not much tannin with a smooth finish. Overall a great value and quite good.

website is not explicit, but sounds like mostly cabernet with petite sirah, merlot, zinfandel and petit verdot. A great blend, especially when found on discount, as I did for about $16 a bottle.

Serviceable red blend at a value price point. A good drinker without guilt. Great paired with burgers or some BBQ. Sometimes you just want something to change things up and not break the bank on a week night.

I was impressed with this. One of the better I've had recently. A little fruit flavor. Maybe cherry. Sweet tobacco. Approachable tannins. Medium body. Would buy again for under $25. This bottle was opened Friday. Tried some on Sunday and it was even better.
