Harmoni. Modent rødt eple og epleskall, blomster og litt nøtter på nese. Rik, med forfriskende syre og lett fasthet i etterkant. Mange av de smakene som går igjen, med lett nougatpreget aroma i tillegg. Høy kvalitet, sitter lenge.

Drank as an aperitif at a dinner party so only brief notes. Rich and rounded fruit and a hint of oxidative notes. Some brioche. Less expressive nose. Drinks like a good NV champagne. Probably too young and more cellaring would help 91-2/100.

During a walkabout tasting, so only brief impressions. Good but the only wine of the four on display where I was missing the typical Pinto spices and red fruit hints.

Pale lemon colour. Small and lively bubbles. Medium (+) and developing nose with red apples, lemon, biscuit, toast, brioche and wet stone. Pronounced taste of red apples, lemon, biscuit, toast, brioche and wet stones. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good English Sparkling with good potential. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with cured meat.

Straw yellow in the glas. Fresh apples dominating on the nose. A hint of brioche. Dry. Sweet, concentrated, fruit. Small bubbles. Great mouthfeel. Well balanced acidety. Apples nutty-notes and lemon peel on the palate. Long exit with hint of citrus and honey. Smooth and delicate. Definetly BftB!
