Domaine Le Capitaine Vouvray Cuvée Adrien

Nice off dry Vouvray here. Apple, maybe some peach, classic hints of honey and just enough acidity to keep things lively. A great pairing for the goat cheese appetizer. Much better than simply entry level and a great bang for the buck at around ten dollars.
