Fruit Day - translucent garnet from core to rim. Nose is earthy and spicy with red fruit and florals - intoxicating! On the palate it’s medium bodied and lithe yet penetrating with medium tannins and medium plus acidity. The flavours on the palate carry on the nose elements of spice, herbs, red fruit and red florals. The fruit flavour doesn’t last long on swallowing but the spice, herbs and florals continue. Fresh red berries like strawberries. Also candy flavors. Same on the palate. Juicy fruits, friendly acidity and just a little tannin. Refreshing wine with candy flavors and some pepper.
