The nose is restrained, there are darker fruits, mainly red berries, very subtle yeasty notes and some butter cookie, a slight nuttiness and a hint of honey. The palate is also very fine with an elegant perlage and a lovely creaminess, dark spice with subtle yeast notes again, here too there are honey notes paired with a very slight bitterness. The acidity is very ripe, balanced with a lemony touch. The finish is persistent with a charming interplay between spiciness …

An interesting grower champagne (our first). Nice yeast notes, good bubbles.

I don't drink a lot of (or really care about) champagne. I'm more of a bordeaux / barolo guy..so the only note I can provide is that this tasted better to me than the various veuve clicquot (regular and rose) that I've tried and it's $10-20 less. Recommended by a total wine employee when the wife asked for something that pairs well with berries. He was right, it does, and it's a good price IMO.

Better than my last experience. Notes of lemon, bisquit and a touch of vanilla. Subdued effervescense in the mouth, but a nice texture with a subtle creaminess. Very good qpr at $29.

Good acidity. A bit light at the tip but decent finish. Good value.

Tasted at Total Wine's sparking and champagne tasting. Decent champagne but nothing special.

Basic cuvee, but tasty nonetheless. Not terribly complex on the nose and a touch of sweetness on the finish; otherwise, pleasant.
