Nose is a 5 and it drinks like a 3. Profound orange rind and stewed plum and liquid vanilla along with oversweet rotting fruit on the nose. Barnyard and port and cooking sherry and Guinness on the palate. Heavy sediment. Minimal tannins. Smooth on the tongue and dry. First few seconds of the pour look orange with a rust ring in the glass - and full glass ultimately a dense deoxygenated blood red with signet rust ring at the edges.

Great value buy, better than earlier vintages.

Open and let breathe for 30 to 60 minutes. Nice red fruit flavors and a decent wine. Great value.

With a touch of brett to it. And structured.

Pretty awesome for the price. Clean fruit style, mostly red, no barnyard. Fine palate adding with provincial spices. Lacking concentration of higher bottlings but perfect mid week wine.

On the nose- Bright red fruit, cherries, raspberries, red flowers, garrigue, leather, some earth, black pepper, dried herbs On the palate- Bright red fruit like cherries and raspberries, some red flowers with a hint of garrigue and leather, some earth tones and black pepper and dried herbs, the tannins are pretty tight but work well with the fruit, on the finish there is some good acid holiding everything together and this wine is drinking well now on PNP its pretty …

God vin, ikke spesiell tung, kan drikkes med eller uten mat.

Quite savoury and built. There are meaty charcuterie things and deliciously bright red berry fruits. It has a line of crunchy acid and finishes fresh with good cut. An excellent, full-flavoured dry rose of real personality

This is the 2016 vintage- strawberry, tea rose, melon, and floral scents. Flavors of strawberry and peach, a touch of red apple on the finish. Well worth it!

Medium nose shows strawberry, cranberry, white flowers, green apple. Palate gives dried strawberry, watermelon, white melon, hint of spice (or is that my food) like pink peppercorn. Acidity medium plus, alcohol medium but gets a touch hot, finish medium plus, complexity medium. Nice QPR, shows style of region very well.

Very enjoyable rose. Chikako liked a lot!

Wine Wizards Rose Tasting (Wine Wizards) : Nice light color, the nose is aromatic bin the mouth it is a bit flat, hot and has a soapy texture. Okay with food.
