pale gold colour. very expressive aromas and flavours of tarragon, elderflower, lemon thyme, sweet herbs, apple, grapefruit skin, hints of cola and vanilla. medium sweet, moderate bitterness, plus acidity and plus intensity of botanicals, which have a fresh and aromatic profile in mouth. very good balance and length that tips to the sweet side. excellent and complex representative of the Blanc style. enjoyable on the rocks or in mixology. 16.9% AbV; 110 g/L RS; apparently still follows the rules of …
