last of 5 bottles - last tasted in 2015. Medium red color (pretty dark for a Burgundy). Nose - savory tobacco, all-spice, meat and sour cherry. On palate, medium body, medium+ acidity, medium tannins and long finish. Flavor profile of saline, tobacco, black cherry. I really enjoyed this bottle, could have guessed Syrah (from Northern Rhone) in blind tasting. 91-92

continues to improve - let it sit for 30 minutes and then drank. Dark red color. Dirt, dark cherry, cranberry & iron. On palate, tart cherry, cranberry with medium+ body, high acidity & medium+ finish - very nice wine and entering it's drinking window. 91+

Why use CT if you don't read your notes before selecting a bottle of wine - again this needed 1.0 hour + to settle down. Similar tasting to prior notes. 90+ with airtime.

As prior taster noted this really needed some airtime to come around - quite un-balanced on PNP. Double decanted through an aerater and enjoyed with a meal. Tobacco, black cherry, iron, tart cherry on nose & palate. 89-90 range. Double decant or let this one rest for a while. Was not as good as my tasting notes would imply from 12/2011 but maybe in a dumb stage.

wish I had given this more air. Opened and poured 2 glasses, then let the glasses & open bottle breathe for 20 minutes before dinner. Hit its peak about an hour later after we were done eating. For next bottle will pour the glasses and let them sit 90 minutes or so. Once it hit its stride, it was a light-bodied, soft-textured delight of earth/mushroom/mineral notes.

Tasted at Atlantic wine retail tasting -very impressed and bought 5 bottles. Dirty / earthy / bright cherry fruit with medium+ body, high acids (but balanced by fruit), nice minerality (iron) and long finish with tannins noticeable. 90-91 range. Tasted 2x at tasting to confirm.

Lots of acidity, subtle cherry fruit, a little more integrated then when I drank a few years ago. Good everyday food wine. Drink or hold.

Alex and Fiona's pre-wedding tasting (Lucas, Klapsons Hotel, Singapore) : Negative reviews on CT notwithstanding, we actually found this to be an excellent Bourgogne. Very expressive nose, with bright red fruit, all rather sweet and sappy, lovely florals and a nice earthy, mushroomy bass note. The palate was clean, fresh, and very nicely succulent with cherry fruit accompanied by that nice note of earth and mineral that I picked up on the nose. A very decently length finish with a …

Medium bodied, smooth, harmonious. Typical Pinot Noir flavors, no dominant flavors.
