Final of 6 bottles. Oh yeah, so light, refreshing, a little nervous and energetic on the mineral-laden finish. Gimme more, drink through 2023 or so. Incredible value.

Paired with baked fish this evening. Just so delicious and lovely, bright and incisive, energetic and tense. Citrus, sage, saline and white pepper. Lovely acidity on the long and cleansing finish. Drink through 2022.

I want to fill my water bottle with this and drink it while mowing the lawn, exercising, or even as a recovery drink after long runs or bike rides. This wine provides a citrusy zing, biting acidity and mineral crunch for a paltry tariff. Drink now through 2021+.

I had this with fried Perch on 8/10/18. It had a fresh, fragrant, expressive bouquet of quince, pear, pineapple, rhubarb and mineral aromas. The palate was crisp, elegant and dry with flavors that followed the nose.
