100 % Solaris. Traditional method and 30 months lees aging. Gooseberries and lime with a whiff of elderflower. Steely and very dry style with conspicuously high acidity. 11.5 % The winemaker seems to aim at a zero-dosage champagne style but the complexity just isn't there. Instead, chaptalisation and higher dosage would have served this wine better. Definitely needs salty food, e.g. ceviche. Disappointing given the price around 30 $. Could aging for another 5-10 years possibly improve it?

BYOB - mitt vin som bonus aperitif Inte så mycket luft, och följdes inte över flera timmar utan intrycken är ganska direkta. Korta noter: Doften grönäpplig och smaken lite plastig men även äpplig. Väldigt endimensionell. Inte oävet, men svårt att försvara qpr. Ser Inte riktigt utvecklingen heller
