Stelvin Not decanted, tasted over 2h Crimson red, opaque Smells like a young wine, bordering on yeasty aromas. Palate is smooth, light bodied. No discernible tannin. Raspberry, umami Moreish. Simple and went well with a fried rice. Drink or hold to 2022 12.5%abv
