Made from 100% Pinot Noir from Dizy, base vintage 2018 (80%), 60% fermented in oak, malo complete, disgorged 5 November 2021 with a dosage of 4 gr/l, production 1,399 bottles. Intense and very energetic, tightly wound but relaxed, red apple, cool and precise, marvellous minerality, firm acidity, long finish with a hint of spice. At Bar du Champagne, Amsterdam, NL.
