Plenty of off-odours upon opening together with a fair bit of maturity. Cabbage, cucumbers, celery sticks, soy sauce, dried meat, liquorice and some woody spices, cinnamon and cardamom. Dry with a medium acidity, medium body, medium tannins. The fruit is slightly dried out, giving the tannins a rather grippy texture. Medium intensity and a medium finish. Not really that much fun. Hasn't aged well.

Tasting with the Bojo-heads of Gothenburg: All Crus (except Chénas). Medium intensity, ruby color. Developing nose with a medium intensity. Aromas of root vegetables, stable floor, dried red berries, raisin, soy sauce, mushroom and cabbage. Dry on the palate with a medium acidity, body and tannins. Tonight, this worked really well and it was like having a package of 'Sour Kids' in a bottle, so delightfully sour and savoury it was quite enjoyable if not really simple at the same time - Dark red, medium bodied with a nose of cherry, strawberry and intense cranberry, nice acidity, simple, sour, sweet on the palate with good length, really fun and tasty (87 Points).
