Beautifully balanced. Tropical notes and great mouth. My last bottle but I'm sure will go a few more years.

When I roll the dice on a Garagiste mystery wine, I expect QPR and this didn’t deliver. Nose reluctantly gives up notes of minerality. Not particularly long or layered or robust. I’ve had much better CdP Blancs in this price range and much better values from Garagiste. Maybe I’m just not in the mood, but I’m disappointed.

Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Peach and mango fruits. Plenty of weight on this. Nice balancing acidity.

Citrus and stone fruit. Touch of honey and nuttiness. Medium- acidity. Some saline minerality on the finish. Neither Lisa nor I enjoyed this as much as other commenters.

Blind, citrusy, medium body, good length, and low acid finish. Seems to lack some freshness, drink now.

An old CNDP estate given a new lease of life by the Guigals. This feels classy from the outset; pristine nose of mandarin, white flowers, honeysuckle, fresh pineapple, salty minerality and a touch of honey. The palate has beautiful, weighty texture with some stone fruits, pineapple and preserved lemon flowing into the crisp, poised, mouthwatering finish. Certainly a few years ahead of it but drinking very well now. A project to keep an eye on.

Wow! This is an excellent CDP Blanc!!!apricots and minerality stand out, but there are many layers of flavor, including a pear-like finish...spectacular!!!

2017 E. Guigal Château de Nalys Châteauneuf-du-Pape Saintes Pierres de Nalys was appealing and complex with floral, honeyed and toasty flavours. The youthful Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc was clear and pale lemon in colour without any sediments. The nose was packed with apricots, lemon, honey, jasmine, elderflower and toast. The mouthfeel was dry and medium-full bodied, with medium-low level of acidity. The long satisfying finish was packed with flavours of peach, lemon zest, honey and blossom. The blend composed of 36% Clairette, …

Vinosity 2019: Nice riped green apples bouquet. Not quite linear / structured. 89

Fuller, frosty palate. More mineral than fruit, has a little hazelnut and butterscotch nuance. Overall, almost too nuanced. 36% Clairette, 29% Bourboulenc, 25% Grenache, 7% Roussanne, 3% Picardin. 20% barrel ferment and 8m ageing in those barrels/Demi-muids. 34% from Nalys, 3% La Crau, 63% Bois Senchal.
