Pale copper robe. Pinhead perlage. Generous mousse . Dried apricot , kumquat, mandarin zest nose. Crisp Bartlett pear, stone fruit notes. Bright acids, rounded mouthfeel. Surprisingly well constructed for a non-champenoise style sparkler.
