Well made and substantial. Deep in color and extraction, fruit was not over-ripe so it retains freshness and some herbal/savory notes. I would give this another 3 years before trying again. This is my first bottle from a first time buy from a new-ish producer in Napa. Opened last night to have a few glasses. Repour stopper back into the bottle and enjoyed the last big glass with dinner, tonight...... Dark magenta in the glass....all the requisite Napa nose notes of graphite, forest floor/herbals, some tobacco, etc. The palate is also very much Napa.
