Still has really good color with aromas of black currant and charred new oak along with a scorched earth/Graves character. Really reminiscent of an older Bordeaux. Medium bodied, this is less tannic than a typical Bordeaux and the fruit is brighter and sweeter. Fully mature, this is in fine shape and a good glass of wine! 89.

Dark red color. PNP, drank a couple glasses over 3 hours. Dark mountain fruit on the nose, tar, wild berries, pencil lead, cocoa powder. The palate is dark, cedar box, dried earthiness, pencil and gravel, purple fruit, nice tannins that have a bit of hold, but not grippy, round with a spiced woodsy finish. 93+pts.

Purple in colour, the nose is hot with distinctive earthy/ farmyard notes overpowering anything delicate that might otherwise have shown. On the palate again one is hit by the heat from the alcohol. Overall it has yet to come together, i hope that it will - i have another 11 bottles! But fear it may not improve from here

We decanted the wine for 45 minutes before we poured the first glass. It offered a rather restrained nose, with cassis, mocha, spices and a hint of liquorice. On the palate the round, medium-bodied wine showed red fruits, cherry, black currant and a hint of liquorice, paired with good acidity and good length. 86+

Delicious cab, at first it started a bit fruity but soon enough it opened into a more balanced cab. Deep ruby color with a nice long finish and balanced nose. Enjoyed two bottles without decanting over grilled steaks and rack of lamb. Can't wait to get some more in my cellar...
