Interesting. Represents the second bottle of this varietal. Presents with fizz. Citrus rind immediately on the palate. Dry. There is no other taste. Period. I will try a food match later. Fish and tarragon might work.

Consumed over 2 days - notes consistent. Nose: Not very expressive - needs a good swirl to reveal grape fruit and a hint of petrol. Palate: Medium bodied, nicely balanced with grape fruit and sweet apricot flavors. Finish: Medium length dominated by grape fruit and apricots.
