Rosy rust color. Very fine, diffuse and active bead. Aromas of raspberry and strawberry. Fine, polished and fruity on the palate. Brilliant burst of raspberry fruit on first sip. Strawberry notes become more pronounced with air. Brilliant acidity, great balance. Finishes long, bright and lovely with strawberry notes. Just a great champagne. Drink next 8 to 10 years.

The flavors go with the color of this wine, darker and slightly bigger than an average rose. Great with the duck confit salad we had it with, this is a great food wine. I do think it will age very well.

A lovely russet color. Rich nose of ripe pear. Vigorous but diffuse bead. Crisp, layered on the palate, pears. strawberries, hit of lemon, minerals. Beautiful acidity and balance. Prominent note of minerals throughout. Finishes long, clean and vibrant with lovely strawberry notes. A beautiful champagne. Rich, complex. 40% Pinot Noir; 40% Pinot Blanc; 20% Chardonnay. 12% ABV. Disgorged July 2022. This should continue to develop for another 4 to 5 years.

Bone dry rose champagne with lots of red berries and a nice subtle tartness. Works beautiful with food.
