Probably a bit too young, or maybe my palate has been too Old World-centric as of late. Plenty of fresh cran/marionberry type notes with some shine and bright acidity, but the body just did not feel very integrated, as in the tannins were all over the place. Almost a harshness I did not love, but did round off over time. Probably will not buy again, but would be willing to try older vintages from this producer.

Perhaps it's because I don't drink a lot of Pinot's, however, I found this wine one dimensional, flat, tart and overall...boring. Just my two cents. I know Oregon and Washington state are renown for their Pinot Noirs... but I've had better. Not sure it's worth the $25-$30.

This is a delicious, cool-climate Pinot Noir. It is fresh, fruit forward, tight/austere. I think it is a great example of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. It is pale garnet/ruby in color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, clove, and vanilla. Tastes of tart cranberry and tart cherry, strawberry, olive, soil/earth. Medium-minus body, medium-minus tannins, medium acidity, and very dry. I’ll be seeking this out again. It paired beautifully with ratatouille and some aged Parmesan.

More juicy and cranberry fruited. Wow, also super darn yummy. Lots of structure. Really kinda edgy on the back. So needing a bit more time.

Nice and light, a very good Pinot. A little bit of pepper adds a nice hint of spice, a bit of cherry as well. Opens up very nicely after decanting.
