Tasted at the winery. Great density and precision with a serious acid structure that I find rare outside of Champagne.

Charleston sparkling wine festival wine #6. bright yellow color, smells like cool climate chardonnay on the nose, fruit driven, minimal autolysis, clean. nice mousse, dry, shows some lees texture on the midpalate... very clean and bright and fruit driven. delivers a lot of pleasure, fun not serious and structured

This is money. Almonds, yeasty, mushrooms, chalky, subtle bubbles, long lemon peel finish. So good.

Seriously good sparkler from Failla, finished by Michael Cruse. Dry, as referenced by the wines name, complex flavor, very thick but delicate mousse. Awesome wine

Easy drinking sparkling on a hot summer day. Sweet, but not too. 2016 vintage starting to thin and provably good for only another 2 years.
