Faint rubber opens but quickly lifts, revealing a hint of ocean breeze salinity layered with wet stone, dried hay, and a touch of ginger. The palate begins with a soft, creamy entry before turning into honey, crisp apple, hay, and lemon. The finish shows an almost piercing citrus note that eases back rather than overextends. Medium plus length. Burgundy glass offers greater aromatic clarity and nuance than a regular glass fyi.

Very good value Chardonnay, very typical creamy , light oak style of their Chardonnay, can age well for another 6-7 years.

Enjoyed with salmon in a marinate. I liked that it had been left on the lees. Good long finish with some minerality like limestone and some interesting tropical fruit.

This pours medium straw in the glass. The nose is of apricot, nectarine, basil, yogourt, and chalk. The palate enters on the rich and youthful nectarine fruit. Acid is medium plus and a tad unfocused, coming across a little sour and green. The finish is driven on yogurt, nectarine, and a whisp of chalky mineral. Really pretty stuff and very widely appealing.

Mostly raised in concrete, this has a flinty, medium to medium-high intensity nose that offers pear, apple, and mineral aromas. On the elegant, medium-full bodied palate it is dry with very good concentration and a creamy mouthfeel. Lovely, flinty aroma replays are supported by balanced acidity. Touch spicy on the mid-palate, while the finish is long and juicy. Score: 90+ pts
