A blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, organic viticulture, manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation, aged in clay amphorae, bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur, 12.5% ABV. Pale salmon colour; crisp and minerally, energetic and direct, ripe cherry and tart cranberries, dry with a hint of spice, good length with a touch of white peach.
