Nose of exotic fruit. Opulent and full bodied on the palate, slightly sweetish, but combined with good acidity. No sign of ageing. Delicious!

Less stone fruit and more pronounced citrus than the '08 but I'm reveling in this lively and bright wine. Groovin' on an autumn evening but want to save some bottles for drinking outside looking at a setting summer sun.

Impressive spritz on the tongue. Very enjoyable, with crisp citrus and pronounced lemony notes. Refreshing acidity but there is a bit of weight on the palate. Overall, lacking polish around the edges and lacking some depth and concentration on the palate.

11.5% alc, superb structure long seamless line of lemon and lemon shebert. At 3 years, the finish is starting to dry out from the crisp off sweet finish this wine had 12-18 months ago. I will try and leave the remainder for another 4 years time to see what it turns into.

Excellent dry riesling; refreshing flavors of pear and lemon drop in to the forepalate and slot into the barrel of a massive wave of saline minerality that surges through the midpalate and closes out into a nice long finish. Excellent structure with a superb balance between the off dry fruit and the crisp acid at the finish. Over the past 12 months it does seem as though the sweet edge has faded just a tad. Lemon fruit on the palate with a refreshing schist/mineral finish. 11.5%Alc

Steely nose with hints of green apples and obvious acid. The green apples appear with light flavors of honey. The wine finishes nicely, drying out gradually. The transition from the middle to the finish is a little off balance, but the components are all enjoyable.

The Wine Experts: German and Austrian Session 2 (Mitchell Wines Warehouse) : The nose presents light floral notes, minerality, and light citrus. When tasted, sweetness strikes immediately, and then becomes very light. The acidity is evident, but not overwhelming. It seems a little disjointed, and I detected a bit of bitterness towards the end.
