Winzerkeller Strasser Pinot Noir Grand Cru Chlosterberg

Notes of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherries with a mix of spices on the finish. Soft but structured tannins and a slightly overbearing acidity and vegetal spice. A bit more balanced after decanting for 2 hours. Didn’t reach my expectations. Definitely still a solid, well structured wine but I feel like it’s probably already past its peak by this point.
