Excellent end to a great meal. Warming. Very viscous - think motor oil - with almost cloying sweetness. Toasted oak, dark caramel. Loved it alongside affogato. Leuta's occhio de pernice is even thicker and an interesting experience. I prefer this vin santo overall. Ristorante Bergamo birthday dinner.
