Saturday at Fernando's (Queens, NY) : This is from the 1a Criadera, Bota Núm. 4. Medium deep chestnut color. Nose of bitter orange marmelade, heath bar, raisin and spice. Full bodied on the palate with a great acid spine and flavor of dates, definitely a sweet wine but not as sweet as many PXs or Moscatels. Slight greenness as well.
