We arrived at Robuchon Macau at 12 Noon, and we immediately requested “The Wine Bible” that boasts 16,200 labels! We spent the next 45 minutes speaking with the sommelier and choosing our champagne, white Burgundy and red Bordeaux for lunch. New years eve dinner. Beautifully aged, baked apple on the nose with nice creaminess on the palate. One of the few purchases I've made from WTSO well worth the 40 bucks.

Major League Bordeaux Tasting at Kevin's (Kevin's House) : A solid sparkling wine with lemon, chalk, minerals and orange peel. The palate is a bit mineral driven compared to the nose but for under $40 this is a really nice Champagne.
