Hey!, this is just fantastic. The color shows the wine's age, deep golden, always giving me fear of overripeness and oxidation. No signs of that her. Flott vin med nydelig modning. Silkemyk munnfølse med perfekt fylde. Elegant, ren og leken frukt med fin modning. Holder en stødig kurve hele veien. Dette er balanse på høyt nivå. Drikker veldig bra nå - supersmoothie. Meget lang finish som prikker i munnhulen. Rett og slett en strålende vin.

Ribbe i Erfjord. Pettroleum og blomster lukt, ikke så impnerende som forventet. 1 dag i flaske, restesmaking med K mens vi ser på Bacalo-kokkene. Sitron, aromatisk, blomster, eple, betroleumen er borte. Perfekt aromatisk riesling :-D
