Consumed at a restaurant with some friends. A good starter wine for the evening. Aromas and flavors of white flowers, crisp apple, citrus, herbs, minerals, including chalk. Good acid and balance. Easy to drink due to the fineness of the bubbles; not especially yeasty. Not real concentrated fruit, but good enough. Obvious Loire nuances and characteristics.

I discovered this wine as part of The Capital Grille's "Generous Pour" event where they offer 9 wines paired with dinner for $25. This wine is the one they start you off with. I liked it at the event so I looked for it at retail - and was pleased to find it available on Wine.com for around $11. I've served it at home several times and each time it's been a hit. I find it to have just enough …

Nutty, and slightly herby on the nose. Surprisingly flavorful considering its pale color. A good deal at ~$10.

This sparkling wine was exceptional value for what it offers! On the palate there is a nice crisp pear flavor, good nutty flavors, minerals, and chalk. It was in my cellar for about 3 years. The bubbles were very soft, but the flavor was explosive and prominent! I would buy this sparkling again for the price I paid. I was shocked at how good it was, as I was expecting it to be just average. Great grower Champagne.

50% Chenin, but the 25% Sauvignon really shines through here. Very bright citrus fruit. Wish it was a touch drier and more acidic, but nice for the price all the same.

Good stuff. Not as dry as I'd like, but not too sweet either. Nose has kind of a sweetish clove smell which is very pleasant. Definitely digging this at $10.

Had w/lance, Sara & Emily (the wedding party!) had a nice toast & shared a btl from the wedding! Didn't take notes But nice "smarties" nose. A lil chalk, sweet fruit, maybe some green apples. No real toast or yeast that I usually get in a sparkler. A lil simple but a good sipper & great memories!
