Moderate ruby in the glass. Nose is not fruit-forward like in Beaujolais, but rather marked with some green, stemmy notes - blackcurrant leaf, sour cherry, unripe cranberry. Medium-bodied with high acidity and moderate alcohol. Dry as fuck on the palate. Not a big fan of this Loire style to be honest, but works well with fatty pork belly.
