Claus Preisinger St. Laurent Pet Nat Ancestral

Very light salmon pink colour. Ripe red apples, white flowers and bread on the nose. Taste of ripe red apples and ripe redcurrants. Good acidity. Long and firm dry finish with hints of bread. Goes well with fish or cured meat.

After three years of studying in Burgenland, I’m sorry to say that I’ve never heard of Claus Preisinger before this pet-nat tasting (only seen his winery from afar).
