Attractive pink/peach in color, relatively lightweight but just enough body to make it slightly creamy. Flavors of strawberry, rhubarb, watermelon, and white pepper are delicate but focused. Finish is generous for a rose. Really hit the spot tonight -- delicious, refreshing, and gone.

The 2011 is drinking well with nice fruit followed by crisp acidity and a long finish. Making room for the 2012 version, this bottle was enjoyed with broiled chicken.
